One person runs this site. Mail is read, and corrections are taken seriously.
If you own or manage a property
If you think a hygiene verdict on your property is wrong or out of date, write to us with the property name and city. We will recheck it against current public reviews and correct or remove the verdict where warranted. You do not need to be a customer and there is nothing to pay.
If a listing looks wrong
Names, ratings and review counts come from Google Places and refresh periodically. If something is wrong at the source, correcting it on Google is the fastest fix — tell us too and we will refresh sooner.
